Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms cover your use of the Trinity TV Player app and the trinitytvplayer.com website. By installing or using Trinity, you agree to them.

Trinity is a player, not a content provider. Trinity TV Player does not provide, host, supply, resell or bundle any channels, streams, films, television or media of any kind, and is not affiliated with any content provider. It ships with no content and no playlist. To watch anything, you supply your own playlist or portal. Trinity Enhanced — and any future upgrade — unlocks application features only; it never includes, or grants access to, any channels, streams or content.

1. Your playlist and lawful use

You are solely responsible for the playlist, portal or media you add to Trinity, and for making sure you have the right to access it. You agree not to use Trinity to access, copy or distribute content you are not authorised to access. We do not endorse or encourage access to unauthorised content, and we have no ability to see, control or verify what you add.

2. Your account

You need an account to activate Trinity Enhanced. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us at support@trinitytvplayer.com if you think your account has been compromised. One person, one account.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 30-day free trial of Trinity Enhanced, with every feature unlocked on one device. No payment details are required. When the trial ends, Trinity keeps working as the free version (live TV and the guide) — nothing is deleted, and features simply re-lock until you upgrade. We may change or withdraw the trial offer for future signups at any time; that won't affect a trial already running.

4. Trinity Enhanced and device limits

Trinity Enhanced is licensed to you, not to a device, and may be activated on a limited number of devices (for example 1 or 5, depending on your plan). You may:

Trinity checks your licence with our server when it starts. You may not share your account, sell or transfer your licence, or attempt to bypass activation, the device limit, or any technical protection in the app.

5. Cloud backup

Trinity's cloud backup gives you a short transfer code you can use to restore your setup on another device. The backup contains your playlist and portal details, so treat the code like a password. Codes and backups are deleted automatically after 48 hours. We're not responsible for a backup that expires, or for a code you share with someone else.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Availability

We work to keep Trinity and our services running, but we don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and we may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. If your provider's service, portal or stream stops working, that's outside our control.

8. No warranty

Trinity is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity TV Player will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost content, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Trinity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Trinity and delete your account at any time by emailing support@trinitytvplayer.com. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms — in particular one that shares a licence, bypasses activation, or uses Trinity to access unauthorised content.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and we'll email account holders about material changes. Continuing to use Trinity after a change means you accept the updated terms.
